St. Mary’s School will be sponsoring the Scholastic Book Fair from Monday, Nov. 7th through Monday, Nov. 14th. Set-up will be on Monday, Nov. 7th and we will pack up the book fair first thing in the morning on Monday, Nov. 14th.
Many hands make light work and the auction committee needs your help! There are many tasks from day to day that need to be done from item entry, making baskets and decorating help. There is no experience necessary. Jen Cooke, the Auction Chair will be in the fundraising room on the following days and she will be there to provide you with direction, whatever it may be. You DON’T have to stay the entire shift. If you can only come in for a half hour, that’s fine!
If you want to truly make a difference, this is the largest fundraiser of the year. Be a part of something great and meet a few new friends while you are at it!
We are looking for volunteers to make this year’s auction a huge success. Please prayerfully consider how you can make the Roaring 20’s auction a success. Auction will be held on February 4, 2017 and there is lots of planning to be done!
